Abdullah Ahmad – Entrepreneur Extraordinaire

Abdullah Ahmad is living the entrepreneurial dream, taking the business world by storm.  Although the Dubliner is only 16, Abdulla is hardly new to this field. He set up his clothing line, Joker Clothing, when he was 13.  Before that, he was getting paid to perform magic at parties and family events at age 11.

Talk about diversity–Abdullah owns three companies and counts ten income streams.  He’s published his first book, “Millionaire For Teens,” and coaches teenagers about mindfulness and positivity. It doesn’t stop there:  he’s also a PR agent for two Irish musicians, a social media manager, and an Instagram influencer. To top it all off, he teaches a “Mindfulness for Teens” course.

He’s not planning on going to college, instead intending to expand his current businesses and creating still more in the future.

When asked about barriers to his business life, he says that there are “ways around almost everything.”  He admits that while there are some people who don’t take him seriously because of his age, he simply moves on.

In spite of all his business success, he says that his greatest satisfaction is in making a positive impact on the world. He defines success as “living a life of unconditional freedom” to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants.

Abdullah has encouraging advice for anyone interested in  entrepreneurship, including to learn as much as possible, reading at least a book a week. He’s also a big believer in believing in yourself, and not letting other people’s opinions influence you, but instead finding mentors who are experienced, and listening to them. Other suggestions are to cut toxic people from your life, value your time by planning how to use it, eat well, meditate and practice gratitude daily, and get to sleep earlier.
